Todd

Todd was found wandering in a suburban neighborhood in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a pygmy, he likely escaped an urban backyard where he may have been used for lawn control. Todd was picked up by animal control and pulled out of the shelter by another local rescue group before he was transported to his permanent home at the Refuge. Todd is playful but can also be shy around people he does not know.
