Learn how to make delicious vegan pizza with cooking instructor Kevin Nesnow! In this hands on, interactive class we explore the elements, history, and types of pizza as we adventure from the old world to the new. You learn the secrets to perfect crust as we demystify this seemingly simple, yet challenging dish to master. We make a traditional NYC style pizza from scratch. From red sauce to dough toss to baking steel and stone, each student makes their own personal pizza with additional dough to take home. All recipes included!
Join us on Saturday, March 16 from 11am – 2pm at Pacifica Common House in Carrboro, NC. Space is limited. Tickets are $30 per person and all proceeds benefit the animals of Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge.
