There are new meat analogues arriving on the market all the time. Learn how to prepare them in ways that make your friends say, “If this is what vegan food tastes like, I’ll go vegan today!” From open flame grilling, roasting, to pan frying and parboiling — you develop the skills to make delicious meals everyone is sure to enjoy.
This class is open to anyone interested in plant-based cooking, no experience necessary. Burgers, hot dogs, and samples provided to all attendees.
